Computational supported experimental insights in adsorption of Congo Red using ZnO/doped ZnO in aqueous solution
This paper of the day reports the synthesis of ZnO and Co-doped/La-doped/Ce-doped ZnO nanomaterial for the adsorption of Congo Red, studied through electrochemical methods, cyclic voltammetry, and Tafel plots. Also, the mechanism of interaction between Congo Red molecule and ZnO nanomaterials is theoretically studied by molecular modeling and simulations.
